Rental Policies & What To Expect

At EvenFiestas, we believe great events start with clear expectations. Our rental process is designed to be simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish. All equipment is cleaned, inspected, and prepared prior to every event, and we communicate clearly so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

To protect both our customers and our equipment, we follow firm rental policies regarding payments, returns, damages, and cancellations. These policies help ensure fairness, reliability, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Reservations & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. Prices are firm and non-negotiable.

Rental Responsibility

Renters are fully responsible for all equipment during the rental period, including loss or damage. Items must be returned clean, on time, and in the same condition as received.

Returns/Cancellations

Equipment must be returned by 11:00 AM the day following the event unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable. Weather-related issues do not qualify for refunds.

Equipment should be returned free of excessive food, liquids, wax, or decorations. Cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required.
