Question 1

What rentals do you currently offer?

Accepted Answer

We currently focus exclusively on the essentials: clean white folding chairs, sturdy event tables, and simple party tents. We do not offer bounce houses, linens, or catering equipment at this time.

Question 2

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

It's easy! Just click the 'Request a Quote' button anywhere on our site, fill out the short form with your event details and what you need, and we will get back to you quickly with pricing and availability.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during busy spring and summer months. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we have inventory available.

Question 4

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance to your event location and the size of your order.

Question 5

Do you set up the rentals?

Accepted Answer

We offer setup and breakdown services for an additional fee. If you prefer to set up the chairs and tables yourself, we can simply drop them off at a designated location on your property.

Question 6

Are your rentals cleaned before events?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our inventory. Every chair, table, and tent is inspected and cleaned before it is delivered to your event.

Question 7

What happens after I submit a quote request?

Accepted Answer

Once you submit a request, we will review our inventory for your date, calculate any delivery fees, and send you an official quote. Your booking is not finalized until you approve the quote and pay the required deposit.

Question 8

Do you provide staff for events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for select events. We can send hosts and servers with your rental order. Ask when you request your quote and we'll confirm availability for your date.
