1. Introduction

Welcome to EvenFiestas Rentals (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking rentals, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

By renting from us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You will provide accurate event details

You agree to all rental rules, fees, and responsibilities listed in these Terms

3. Booking, Payments & Deposits

a. Booking

A reservation is only confirmed once:

Availability is verified

A deposit or payment (if required) is made

A confirmation message or invoice is sent

b. Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
All payments must be completed before delivery or pickup unless otherwise stated.

c. Deposits

Depending on your order, a security deposit may be required.
Deposits are refundable after inspection of equipment, as long as no damage fees apply.

4. Delivery, Pickup & Customer Responsibilities

a. Delivery

Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Delivery includes dropping off equipment at the agreed location. Setup may be included or available for an extra fee unless stated otherwise.

b. Pickup

Items must be ready for pickup at the agreed time.
Late pickups due to customer delays may result in additional fees.

c. Condition & Care

Customers are responsible for:

Proper care of all rented items

Preventing damage, stains, or loss

Ensuring items are used safely and appropriately

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

d. Damage, Loss, or Cleaning Fees

Customers agree to pay for:

Damaged or broken items

Lost or stolen items

Excessive dirt, paint, mud, or cleaning beyond normal use

Charges will be taken from the payment method on file or deducted from the deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.

b. EvenFiestas Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to:

Severe weather

Safety concerns

Equipment issues

Unforeseen circumstances

If we must cancel, customers will receive a refund of all payments made to us.

6. Weather Policy (Tents & Outdoor Rentals)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Equipment is protected during heavy rain, wind, or storms

Tents are not used in unsafe weather conditions

Items are secured properly

If weather makes rental unsafe, we may refuse setup for safety reasons without refund.

7. Customer Liability

Customers assume all responsibility for any injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur during use of rented equipment. EvenFiestas Rentals is not liable for:

Misuse of equipment

Unsafe setups altered by the customer

Damages or injuries caused by customer negligence

8. Equipment Ownership

All rented equipment remains the property of EvenFiestas Rentals.
Customers may not:

Subrent equipment

Modify or alter items

Keep items beyond the rental period

Failure to return items may result in replacement charges.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the site

Attempt unauthorized access

Copy or distribute content without permission

We reserve the right to update content, pricing, or policies at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvenFiestas Rentals is not responsible for:

Loss of revenue

Indirect or incidental damages

Delays or cancellations outside of our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your rental.
